They booked the flight From Los Angeles to Greece with a connection in Paris; after the booking, an email was received stating: "Your flight was partially booked." so they charged me $4500, vs $700.
and then they say they can not get the 2nd part of the flight nor refund me the first part.
So they charge $4500 for no reason.

Very fast and efficient service. My flight was delayed causing me to miss my second flight. Dohop rebooked a new flight for me with no hassles.

Terrible service. I was trying to buy a ticket to Istanbul that had a stop over both ways from and to Barcelona. Their system glitched and just charged one leg of the four legged itinerary and their service fee although the card used had sufficient balance for all the flights. I called them right away within 5 minutes given I only had 1 random flight and the individual websites had different prices for the remaining flights. They said I would be refunded over the phone and then sent an email the next day telling me to contact the airline for a refund after waiting more than 24 hours. Now I have a random ticket that I can’t do anything with that I paid €97 for.

Technical problem in the payment that can only be solved calling by phone and waiting half of an hour...
As the payment of each flight is different is possible that you only pay part of the flights, so you lose money if the problem is not solved
