To the gushing comments on how great the service is and how Curaleaf go above and beyond , I beg to differ.



After a delay from their side, it looks like I shan't be receiving my medication on time for Christmas. Most of all, I was almost made to feel as though I was at fault / responsible when the circumstances behind the delay ( death in the family) were beyond anyone's control.

I have just booked an initial triage appointment with a competitor as I really feel undervalued as a private patient. All this bearing in mind that in the past six months I have spent well over £ 1500 in medication and consultation fees.

It's a shame because I was getting used to their system but I think this is the last of it

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the team at Curaleaf Pharmacy, and I am incredibly impressed with their service. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and I truly appreciate their dedication and kindness.

Their collective effort made my experience with Curaleaf Pharmacy outstanding, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and caring pharmacy team.

"Fantastic Service"

I had some issues with my address and payment and all the customer support agents who death with this were fantastic. I spoke to Chloe and I think Molly and they managed to get IT to sort out the computer error and called me back within 45 minutes to let me know it was all sorted.

"DPD Delivery Problem"

We had a problem with DPD delivering my husband's medication but when I flagged it up Molly dealt with the situation straight away and the problem was rectified. Thanks Molly!

a lady called chloe quickly helped me sort my medication quickly7 and helped spilt the dilvery so i wouldnt run out of medication totaly was very nice and helpfully 5 stars

"Missing medication"

I have been a patient with Curaleaf for over a year and had very little issues, the consultants and staff were great until I encountered an issue with a delivery recently .. half my medication was missing after a very brief investigation by Curaleaf and DPD its been concluded nothing was wrong on Curaleaf or dpd’s side of things therefore I’m left held responsible for the mistake and left with less medication than I require, I’m also out of pocket for the price of medication.. doesn’t seem anyone is interested in helping me or to find a resolution just an email saying the investigation is closed and there’s no need to investigate further.. I’m very unhappy with the customer service on this issue it’s been handled poorly from the beginning and very unprofessionally

Thank you for making me feel less like a patient and more like a customer. Long term health conditions mean I’ve interacted with pharmacy’s at least once a month for 30+ years. Every interaction with the Curaleaf pharmacy team is unexpectedly enjoyable. They truly understand what good customer service looks like. They think logically & deal with all issues quickly. And on top of that, they are lovely people. I spoke with Kara today & she handled everything so easily. Sorting an issue with my prescription in minutes & taking any stress away from the situation. Just a fantastic service, thank you!
