Was a fast and easy time on the phone. Helped very well by Chloe who gave me the info needed and was kind in doing so. Pharmacy sent my order out 10 minutes after the call so worked well to call I guess.

I Received my prescription after delays due to a postal error, the whole thing was handled the second I called the pharmacy Chloe aided taking it out of my hands and eased my worries, she offered to call to update me and then kept her word following up the next day with myself with such a professional and polite manner. David was particularly helpful. Although it is not possible to access”prescriptions” on the CURALEAF customer site, David was able to set up my next prescription - it had been concerning that I may not have applied in time. As a result of David’s efforts, I now have a “live” prescription renewal 🤞!

"Chase Up of Prescription After paying for a consultation and…"
After paying for a consultation and being excepted as a patient, I was informed that a prescription would be prepared, within approximately 48hrs. As it is Christmas I gave it a few days when I didn't hear anything I called the customer support team and spoke to Courtney. Who was very helpful. Courtney took me through where I was currently in the process and assured me she will chase up the prescription and keep me informed.
