"Pharmarcy letting patients down, getting worse."

Pharmacy delivery times getting progressivley and consistently worse. When i signed up with Saphire as it was before, every prescription was prompt and delivered in a respectful timeframe. Now in the last few months its taking 4-5 days to get your script youve paid for. I realised i had a train journey booked, on a thursday, i paid for my prescription, monday, spoke to a helpul lady from customer service tuesday to express my concern that i would need it before i traveled as il be away for 6 days, she chevked stock and confirmed everything was in stock but still had no shiping detail, checked my dpd app and dpd tracking has already recived the parcel details so il be unliley to get my medication before i leave or redirect it. Very dissapointed in how the pharmacy is being managed considering we are in 2025 and this medication is the biggest differnce in quality of life, they still drag their heels. Clinic and doctors are great, can not be faulted, but i will be looking to change pharmacys after this. Ive now got to rebook tickets short notice so the train ticket that usualy costs £52 if booked in advance now will cost me £174 as i have to rebook in only 2 days and travel on a busy friday which will trigger my anxiety even worse. Could have been avoided with better organisation.

"Customer Service is great"

Lynn was very helpful in getting my missing parcel (DPS sucks) replaced and sent out quickly. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, as well as very speedy replies.

As a patient for a couple of years now i can say theres always a fast and efficient turnaround for my medications. Had no problem at all with my products. If products are out of stock their are options to try other products. Curaleaf clinic and Curaleaf pharmacy has been a god send to me always an excellent service from Reception staff to Dr's and the Pharmacy staff are always lovely to speak to, helpful and honest. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would like to thank Kimberly at Curaleaf today for being very helpful in regards to a couple of questions regarding my prescription she soon had the answers cleared up and have never seemed to have a problem with them medication is as it should be and allways delivered on time, thank you all at Curaleaf

"Information retrieval "

Cara helped supply the information I requested and settled my mind knowing that paperwork had been received and was honest about not knowing time frames. Most people would say something like 'maybr a few days ect' and I really appreciate honesty. It stops mis communication. I can come across sometimes as direct or rude (depends on the persons mental capacity) as I'm a realist and ask questions that may seem silly to other people. she answered professionally. I respect that.

First month on edibles and oil to treat osteoarthritis pain and its a game changer. Everything so smooth with Curaleaf and their support team is amazing and so responsive. I had queries about an appointment and a prescription and Molly and Lynn were able to resolve the matter within a few minutes. Great service.

"This company took the time to listen"

This company took the time to listen, they took the time to have video conference meetings, to look at my medical history, remained 100% approachable. The results of this treatment is going to change my life, after suffering 9/10 pain and depression for the last 15 years finally something that works. No your not a walking zombie lol. But my depression is definitely a whole lot less and my pain is 5/10 and still improving. I would like to thank KIM, for her understanding in a recent call. Well done you all.
