I've needed the complex prescription and order system explained on a few occasions, and I found Cara and Olivia in the help desk team to be amazing, really quick, patient, and knew how to help.

The pharmacy work with a difficult script system because of the law, but they do it really well.

"Misdirected parcel"

I understand the issue remained with DPD. My delivery was sent to wrong depot even though I had tracking to say it was in the correct location. Confirmed to be rerouted to correct depot in next 24 hrs. Gave feedback to customer service of curaleaf phrmacy as advised by dpd. Couldn't be helped apparently these things happen. But I say controlled substances such as my medication, shouldn't have any opportunity to be sent to the wrong location, miscalculated or tracked.
Spoke about options like other pharmacy's of next day delivery, said can give feedback but wasn't really explained when I will receive medication not options they could take to better their service. All in all I'm disappointed that because of delivery lead times I wouldn't have acsess to my medication on a continual basis.

So after a rocky start with my prescription this time around through what I believe was genuinely innocent miss communication I got through to the lovely Julie today, told me what I needed to do to fix it kept watching on the system to ensure my prescription was dispatched today, once again fantastic service and Thank You Julie

My order was lost by DPD spoke to Lynn at the pharmacy who was absolutely amazing, very friendly and very helpful, she got my prescription reordered and out to my within days! Easily the best customer service I’ve ever come across! Lynn is a massive asset to Curaleaf!
