Her assistance in processing my payment—accommodating the use of two cards—was handled with both efficiency and understanding.

Louise also took the time to explain the dispatch process thoroughly, advising that my order would likely arrive by Wednesday given the timing of my call (late on a Friday afternoon). To my surprise, I received a dispatch confirmation within an hour. The next morning, I received emails from your courier confirming a precise delivery window that afternoon, and the package arrived exactly as promised. This seamless experience, from initial contact to receipt of my medication, exceeded all expectations.

"Two years with Curaleaf "

I've been with Curaleaf going on two years now. It's started when my anti depressants and pain killers where not working but still causing issues. So seen the ad and went from there, Dr Nwimba was my first Dr who was amazing. Then everyone up to this day has been amazing.
Today I spoke with Kim and from start to finish of our conversation she was there to help, everything was about what she could do for me and, checking if things where available and then waiting online while I close an alternative. Really polite and professional, but with a friendly and welcomed undertone in Kim's replies.

10/10 for Kim herself and Curaleaf on a whole for employing such wonderful staff.

I just wanted to take a moment to applaud the team at the Pharmacy, always exceptionally polite, helpful and very informative.

Olivia who I chatted with through the application messenger today, responded very quickly and was very polite and informative.


There has been some minor delays with services lately, however given the increasing popularity of such services it’s expected. The team are always very polite given these circumstances and always seem very keen to help.

Lynn in the customer service team was great helped me quickly and resolved my problem in minutes. So far it’s been great would recommend to anyone seeking medical cannabis as without them you just look like a criminal to police when you actually need it for your medical issues.
