Gave a review for main clinic however credit is needed where it's due! Curaleaf Pharmacy are Absolutely brilliant. I ordered Friday Morning, my perscription arrives Sunday at 11am! Incredibly researched and top teir Medical Cannabis Flower, The Pharmacy / Formulary provide so many options for those on All different income - Cannot recommend enough!

I had my follow up appointment a few weeks ago I was phoned by Louise she was so kind and professional. I honestly feel like curaleaf actually care about people they are a team of champions. Thank you Louise for all your help I really appreciate it. I would like ti say also I see a lot o people saying they have trouble with delivery, I live far north in scotland and I receive my medication very quickly

I've been using the pharmacy for about a year now, and I can't fault a single thing. They're always approachable and helpful.

More recently I've noticed I can now download scans of the original prescriptions from the app, which is really useful with my constant air travel.

I can see some people have reported issues with the delivery service but in my own case it's always worked well.

Had previously been with MAMEDICA, Curaleaf offer a better, more professional service. While their medicine list isn’t as extensive as MAMEDICA, there is enough for the average patient.

Jake was very helpful in their customer service team and the appointment I had with Rahul was excellent.

The Curaleaf team themselves are fantastic. Quick to answer calls and emails, very polite, helpful and empathetic and quick to resolve any problems.
My only complaint is the delivery service they use. I have had problems with every delivery so far, with drivers not arriving but logging that they did or going to wrong addresses and sending the package back. If they would only change provider, this would remove a lot of stress when ordering prescriptions.

Had a mild issue with the payment system, I spoke to Lynn on the live chat, and she was so very kind and incredibly efficient! It was solved within minutes. I know that when an issue arises, the curaleaf team will be able to deal with it as efficiently as possible, and as someone with poor health, I couldn’t be more grateful for that.
