The worst verification company I have ever come across to.
Always using canned responses with the same excuses - ''there is no issues with our system'' - YES THERE IS! Your system is too f slow.
Documents pending for 3 hours! 3 F HOURS!!
Terrible service! - 0 stars....get a grip...

I have been in contact with SumSub on their chat option on multiple occasions and not even once was I replied to in a decent timeframe. Every single time I have an issue with a document pending for hours at a time they always say the same thing that they are working on it and that they are busy which honestly is un-acceptable, I have worked in KYC and even had queues of documents to be reviewed and never have they waited for longer than 15 minutes, it does not take an hour to review a simple ID.

Adding to this when you reach out to them they will always tell you allow me 20/30 minutes to check and 45 minutes later they reply that they need 15 more minutes, which is unacceptable as this sounds like they do not know what they are doing and winging their job.

If I could I would never use SumSub again, their system sucks and so does their customer service.

It's amazing how it sprawls everywhere, now they are also verifying for Binance. But in fact the service is a joke - it's not kyc, it's a buggy ai robot, zero support and your data ending somewhere you cannot even imagine. Whoever has access at Binance pls be aware of that problem. Hopefully we can make them change kyc provider

every time a company like Kasta app, Pure app and others work with sumsub, my verification is automatically rejected for no reason!
"Sorry, we can't verify your identity" appears every time.
I have accounts on every possible exchange where there is no sumsub and there has never been a problem with verification where there is sumsub I am rejected for no reason,
I am concerned that they are spreading false information about me or have sold my data to the darknet

Don't use their services, you will lose a lot of customers. I sent a ticket to: hello@*sumsub.com with the subject My Name Last Name and today's date.

I asked them to delete my data. They promise on their site and it is required by law to delete data when asked by Email. They wrote back to provide Full Name which was provided in the Email and to provide Email Adress which was not asked in the KYC process. Then they ask where I have problem with (allready made) verification. I will call the Interpol!!!

every time a company, e.g. primexbt exchange, zeply and other entities cooperate with sumsub, my verification is automatically rejected for no reason!

Autofocus on my android phone doesn't working on this app, so it's impossible to take a clear photo of document via this app.

They didn't accept my KYC because i appeared darker skinned than on my passport picture from 5 years ago. I don't want to say that it's because of my skin colour but basically is.
