They blacklisted me for no reason and stopped me from getting verified on so many websites. Very messed up KYC company. And they never try to help.

Terrible. I cannot verify because the system does not accept the OFFICIAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATION I got from Thai Immigration. This service is pure BS!

They blacklisted me for reasons unknown to me and I can’t register on any site thanks to them. They are heartless

It looks like I get verified quicker with Sumsub each time I have to go through a verification. Not sure if their product becomes better, or there is some sort of internal verification engine that speeds up my verification the more time I do it. It would be great if there was some sort of SSO.

When it comes to user verification, people generally don't like it that much. I'm not sure if it's their first time doing it or they just rebel against providing their personal information. It's all about the perspective. If you want to use a quality service, then there is nothing wrong with getting verified. If you feel prefer being scammed, you should look for alternatives.

I hate these kinds of verifications. They take ages and even then, you never know if they are going to let you in. I've had so much experience with them, that just by seeing the loading screen, I know for sure if it's going to be hell or not.
It was my first experience using Sumsub and I was pleasantly surprised. The instructions were clear and I didn't have to go thru a million questions before getting to upload my ID. I was verified on the first attempt and only a couple of minutes waiting for it to finish.
I still hate all the verification platforms but this one seems to be the lesser evil.

Frictionless and super fast. There is nothing to complain about really. I uploaded the docs, rotated my face in front of the camera a bit, and was verified after like 2 minutes. Awesome.

My phone cam lens has cracks, so usually, I face issues with kyc checks here and there. Sumsub patiently asked me twice to recapture the ID before proceeding to verification, and then I passed on the first try within just a few minutes.
