Glad I found them, as other companies offered either nothing at all or just £10 when in the end I received £90 and had the reassurance that I’d done everything I could to ensure re-use and therefore less environmental impact. When something is not within the agreed price, they give you a more than fair price and show you photos and a report of the reason for the price change. All my Apple laptops and my family's laptops, and there are quite a few, have been sold to them. Highly recommended.
