It is in if the best customer service experience I have had in UK. Both Dave and Tracy were prompt in responding. The whole experience since you book a quote, in 3h I got an email to submit more info. The next day I had an email that a courier will collect my iMac and how to pack guide. DPD arrived at my door step next day. I received another follow up email that they’ve got my pc and it’s with technician for a review. Few days later money are in my account. Incredible service, no drama everything was smooth and easy. I think your company should be a guideline for many others what customer service should represent. Thank you for all your assistance and I will definitely recommend to others.

Great communication, no hassle postage (though you need a printer for the label), they rated the condition of my MacBook higher than I did, fair price considering you don't have to have the faff of selling on ebay or wherever, and prompt payment.
