on the two occasions I have contacted the company the aftercare service has been excellent . Yesterday I called to advise of a small issue with my remote and Joe Robinson's response was just brilliant

I have owned my golf trolley now for 6 months and I am VERY pleased with its performance in every way, no matter what terrain of course it performs excellently. Even more impressive is the after sales service. I had a malfunction in the battery to charger /trolley lead and it was immediately replaced for free within 3 days. I am very happy to recommend these golf trolleys and Pro Rider Leisure to all prospective buyers

Had my golf trolley for five years great value renewed motor on warranty after four and half years ,service department really really helpfully particularly Tom ,just thought it as time to buy new one such good value

There are two tests for a quality company. Does their product do what it should.Well no one gets 100%. So its their quality of product added to what happens when inevitably something goes wrong. Trust Pro Rider they are top drawer. I have had great service from my golf trolley for about a year. It's taken on every hill and fought it's way through the rough two to three times every week. But, it has now developed a small defect on the one wheel. Pro rider have sorted this problem promptly and to my total satisfaction. All in time for my away weekend next week. Eleven out of ten for pro rider.

"Trolley Problems Sorted !"
Over the past 3 weeks I have encountered a couple of technical problems with my Pro Rider electric trolley. It is out of Guarantee by 2/3 months. Nevertheless, I phoned Pro Rider technical department for advice, half expecting to be faced with a fat repair bill. How wrong I was. What I did receive however was, not only a clear understanding of my problems, but also a solution, which included a mini instructional on care of my trolley. The nice thing was, unlike lots of faceless people at the other end of a phone, this service chap was really helpful and pleasant. I think his name was Joe. His customer service was excellent.

"One year disposable golf trolleys sold here!"
The golf trolleys sold here are cheap and cheerful, don't expect top quality for under £200. Don't expect the trolley to last for much more than one year, the wheel bearings fail after about 11 months and you will be lucky if the battery lasts 10 months. Even if you return the battery under warranty, they will not replace, saying that the battery was tested and found to be perfect. That's amazing considering that the battery runs out of power after 12 holes!
The lie and cheat to save honoring the warranty. You are also lucky if they answer any of your emails!
My advice: if you happy to spend £200 and to buy a replacement every year these are perfect
However, many others selling the same trolley or variations of, so get it from another supplier, don't buy from this cowboy company.
By the way, this is a genuine review, not a competitors fake!

My wife ordered a brand-new golf trolley for me as a gift and they sent a used one with mud on the wheels dog hairs on the battery cover and trolley cover, all packaging had clearly been opened before. Absolutely disgusting

After a problem with a wheel, I contacted the company asking for suggestions. They immediately responded with no quibbles, sending me a new wheel.
The trolley works well - plenty of life in the battery after 18 holes. It folds well and is easily moved in its case.

Very good after sales service - 2 bikes sent back after 1 year for service and repairs. Bikes returned in 5 working days - no cost (incl collection and delivery).

"Just Awful - 5 Star Warranty...Yeah Right!!"
So I brought the Pro Rider Magna Men's Mountain Bike 9 months ago and from the moment I got it the bike had a rattling sound coming from the front handle bar area. I put up with it as I hardly used the bike...
I have since started to use it more and left it outside work for 4 weeks and the stickers faded to a nice pink colour...
I also went off a curb and the back wheel spokes broke causing the wheel to bow...
I called Pro Rider and they said the 5 Star warranty does not cover any of my issues!
I then asked for a price of the back wheel and they had none in stock so I asked ok how much is it normally, lady then said she can't see anywhere on the system as they are looking for a new supplier. I said ok how much was the old cost. She then said all old costs got deleted.
Basically this call was a waste of time and i now have an awful broken mountain bike!
This has to be the worst £150 I have ever spent!
I would not recommend this Company at all...Shame I had to give it 1 star!
