I have not received the reimbursement for an article returned nearly a month ago. They are not responsive to my queries submitted via their contact forms either. I will never order from this website again as I now worry that my money is never coming back

The product arrived in less than a week from Germany to Romania, which was impressive. It was packed properly, looks amazing, and the quality is excellent! I’m really happy with what I received.
However, I did experience a confusing situation with the delivery company (UPS). They told me that my package was lost, but I ended up receiving it later that same day. Thankfully, it was delivered safely, but the miscommunication caused some stress.
That said, this issue wasn’t Edel-Optics’ fault, and I’m very satisfied with the overall experience and the product itself. I would order from them again!

Good customer response and care. Even though my sunglasses I ordered were not in stock, my order still arrived on time. Definitely recommend and purchase again!

Verhogen de prijzen voor Black Friday. Wacht al weken op Black Friday actie want wilde een Persol zonnebril bestellen. Nu een leuke actie met 35% korting maar de bril is ineens €125 duurder dan een week ervoor haha. Dit is volgens mij zelfs illegaal om zo te doen!

"edel-optics are operating a scam…"
edel-optics are operating a scam operation. Do not buy from this company. I tried to buy sunglasses from them several months ago, they kept me hanging, saying that they were having trouble sourcing them.
When I ask for a refund for a product they have not delivered, they claim to be insolvent, and site that whilst they are able to continue trading, they cannot refund me the almost $400 I paid for my sunglasses.
SCAM SCAM SCAM - Do not do business with this company. They are not legitimate, and are out to scam money from customers.

I got caught out by free lenses promotion
I searched the entire web for frames I was interested in, it turned out that frames were the ones that were adding free lenses.
There was some problem with payment during the purchase, I tried to order many times using many different debit/credit cards. After consulting a telephone consultant, I made the payment via BLIK.
With so many attempts of ordering, mistake of choosing the wrong size of frames happened. I was told that there is no return/changes possible to correct size of frames or even a proposition on how to solve the issue due to installation of this "free lenses" - definitely caused by edel-website payment problems.

"No refund"
I returned the item and have now been waiting weeks for a refund. I have contacted them several times about this.

"Didn't send the package nor they gave me any feedbacks-answer to multiple e-mails."
First of all I tried to order from the site via PayPal, witch after contacting them, I was informed that there was a problem from their end and it wasn’t possible.
At the moment PayPal option was available at the site.
I procced with the order, buy paying via credit card and I contacted them immediately to verify that the product was available and confirming the date of delivery.
At the time the product was available and the ETA would be at 5th of August.
They confirmed the availability, but didn’t give mr an ETA. I’ve contacted them via call AGAIN and I received the tracking information. Still I didn’t had an ETA from them.
As the days passed and there were not any updates for the delivery, I send them two e-mails asking for clarifications. NO ANSWER. The status at UPS was that the label was created but the courier had not received the package.
So I called them again and I was informed that there was a ‘mistake’ and the product is not available and I will receive an email from them with more clarifications.
Up until now i have not got any update not an answer from them not even an apology for their lack of communication.
Of course there is no compensation from the company, due to lack of respect to the customers.
I asked them to send the product but they still did not reply to me.
Overall bad customer support, not true updates for the delivery or the availability of the products, lack of communications from their part, do not give a ... for their customers, not even an apology.

"Scam company"
Scam company. I claimed the money I paid them for 2 orders from the insolvency court although they never send me an email about the expire date of the claim. I know I won’t get any money back. I also paid 10€ to send my file by post. They still function and cheat other customers as well!

"Issue with refund"
Once an order returned they do not issue a refund. Be careful! You can loose your money. As far as I can see I am not the only one with similar issue
