What brilliant customer and technical service I received from Sham. He was so patient over the phone and helped me get my Aplha ESS battery up and running again. He also supported me to get the invertor re-connected to my house wifi and logged back into the Alpha app. After the call ended, he did a few updates of the system at his end and phoned me back to let me know everything was up and running as it should. Fantastic service. Give the man a bonus!!

We have installed a few Alpha-ESS Battery Storage units and found them to be a very good and reliable product, not only that the Technical help is really good whenever it is required.

"Most horrible experience ever"

Most horrible experience ever. 10kw battery been sitting in my garden for 6 months consuming energy from the grid not storing a single watt of energy. I had independent electrical engineer take a look at it to tell me it’s not even connected to the panels..!!!! So it’s sitting there consuming grid electricity just to have light blinking on it and I keep paying my finance bill on it. Their customer support is like anything you would expect from overseas company (alpha is china based), they do not have legal liability towards me, so don’t even bother to look into the matter, later closed the complaint lodged online and declare the matter « resolved ». Heatable, company who installed it was totally useless, didn’t even bother to come and simply try to connect the battery to panels… what a disgrace, I initiated return of the battery and initiated consumer act action as a result. Fir any retail customer my advise stay away from this folks, go for an established brand like Tesla.

I have installed several systems now along with my first EV charger supplied by Alpha.

I must say that I am very impressed with their products along with their technical support. I had an issue with adding the charger to the app and this was addressed very quickly.

Very nice touches even down to supplying a screwdriver to access the tight recess for the side panels.

Highly recommended product, thank you guys 👍🏾
