The services provided by Synergy Car Hire were one of the best! We were offered a solution for renting a car with a debit card and our request was responded to very fast. The communication with Synergy was very smooth and they were always prompt. We appreciated the fact that even during our stay in Cyprus we got our answers in a timely manner. We also liked the fact that we were provided with a full service package, everything included (eg. insurance).

The pick-up and drop-off were fast and incident free, the car we have received was exactly as described, with the desired functionality, very clean and looked like new.

We would definitely recommend!

Really happy with the service for car hire, lots of clear communication and keeping in touch. The staff at pick up were great too and really friendly, they helped us check car on pick up and made the process very smooth. Car was as described and fine for our trips out.

The price was great. Collection of the car was smooth and quick, and a very nice car. On returning, the handover was again smooth and friendly and my deposit was returned soon after.

All was perfect. Polite, helpful, efficient, courteous and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised, as in this day and age it seems that customer service is no longer held in high regard. It was obvious that the staff I came in contact with, had had training in customer service.
