In a last minute panic to find a rental company in Crete where we could hire a car without a credit card, I happened upon Synergy Car Hire buy searching 'how to hire a car without a credit card in Crete'. I found the Synergy site and a messenger box popped up from Michelle asking me how she could help. I explained the situation and after a few questions was told that they could help. I asked if I could speak to someone and she said of course and gave me the number and thanked me. I called the number and was helped by Nick. I don't think he realised how happy I was for his help and that they provided this services. The prices were competitive and he was so very helpful. Excellent customer service and we will definitely be using them for all our car hire needs abroad in future. A very very big thank you to Nick and Michelle.

Wow I came across this site by chance and those of you who dont use credit cards no problem as you can book using your debit card and the prices are far cheaper than I have found looking at individual car rental companies

Fantastic company to hire a car through. We hired a car in Tuscany for 6 days, with no problems. Great customer service, smooth booking process and collecting the car from the car hire desk was so much easier after booking through Synergy. Great car, new, clean and great value for money. Would definitely recommend booking car hire through Synergy, will do every time we need a hire car abroad!
