Right from the beginning Nick at Synergy was clear and helpful, cutting through any difficulties in what can be a complex area. It was clear that he was interested in providing us, the customer, with what we wanted, at the price we felt comfortable with, and not in selling us a package that suited the company. We did have a couple of issues to sort out while on holiday - and Nick was there to help in a calm and no-panic manner. I would like to be able to add a suggestion for service improvement, but I'm afraid I can't think of anything! When I say, I would use Synergy again, what I really mean is I will use Synergy again. Hello... Our rental was for a car in Belgium for some days... Finally we booked with Nick, a Budget car. Everything was perfect... We did not have a Credit Card. Thanks to Synergy Car Hire we did not cancel our trip, and booked with a Debit Card.

Highly recommended. Option to pay by debit or credit card with no hidden extras when picking up the car and cheapest I found online. No deposits when paying by debit card, just a small excess charge.10/10 for customer service, Nick was brilliant. My queries were answered super fast by email and Skype (handy for me outside the UK). The perfect solution for those who only have a debit card, or a low credit card limit. It suited me to split between cards, paid for the car hire in Lanzarote with my debit card (no excess) and a low deposit (€300 & tank of fuel) locked on my credit card until the car was returned.
