After seeing so many great reviews about Synergy Car Hire I was worried that it would turn out to be too good to be true.
However I am happy to say they lived up to their reviews. From start to finish everything was so easy and relaxed with a high standard of service.
We rented a car through Synergy for our trip to Paris in November using a Debit Card, great price and no hire deposit needed. We did have to pay a deposit of € 132 for the fuel but that was refunded to us within two days of our returning the car with a full tank as per the agreement.
The lads at the hire desk when we arrived were very friendly, the car itself was clean and comfortable.

All in all I have to say it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Synergy Car Hire to anyone.

Great company. Having no credit card was having trouble finding a company that would hire us a car in Los Angeles. Synergy Car Hire was the only company to return my e-mail. So glad it was Synergy that replied their customer service and price was fantastic. They made sure we knew everything about the hire and what was covered. They kept in contact until our departure making sure there were no changes or problems. When we collected our car at LAX it was so easy and faultless. There was no pressure to take additional insurance were other people were constantly being asked to pay for additional cover as our insurance covered everything. It took us 5 minutes to get out car in arrival and 5 minutes to drop the car off. I have never collected a hire car so quickly whether in Los Angeles or in the UK. Synergy took care of everything. Thank you so much Synergy.
