I got very personal assistance on selecting the car and the insurances. Also very patient answers to all of my questions. All went well also with the actual renting company. We did not have any problems with the car. Would definitely check on this company when renting a car again abroads.

Nick helped us with honest and sensible advise in hiring a car with Bidvest South Africa. The service we received from Nick and Michelle was exceptionally great, good communication. We feel like we have created a bond with Nick.
Now what is left is to pick up the car in South Africa, this will be the second time we have used Bidvest cars, last time everything went well as expected and we hope this time it will.
As for Synergy, we have found a company to deal with as we are constant travellers to South Africa to visit parents.
