I love planning trips! I know stuff happens so I do get trip insurance. Most of the time I don't need it, but this last time I did. My mother got seriously ill just before a big trip. I had sp much to cancel, etc that I didn't want to deal with the claim til I got back. I was astonished at how easy it was to file my claims (just 1 person not all) and how quickly my claims were approved and paid. Very impressed

I received payment within a day of making the claim. Wonderful.

I would have given 5stars but when I called Allianz before filing the claim, I got the wrong info which said I needed proof I hadn’t used the theatre tickets. I did not need to this to get reimbursed.
I just needed medical documentation that someone in my party was ill and we couldn’t go to the show.

I travel often and I renew my insurance policy every year for whole year. I won't travel with out and believe me, I've had to use it. My service has always been prompt.

A must for travel and CONCERT TICKETS. Heck, if it’s offered, I buy it. After covid, you never know what’s going to happen. It’s better safe than sorry, right. The only reason it isn’t five stars is because when I made a claim they made me jump through many many hoops before I received my 100% refund.

It could not have been harder to get this approved. I’m not sure why they’re asking me to review them when they haven’t even completed my request

I had to cancel my vacation due to illness, I called allianz sent in my documentation , within 2 days the money was in my account with no problems!
