Cavity wall claim started in 2015 has taken a long time with lots of surveys a few change of staff I am still waiting for my claim to be paid. Overall the experience has been good the people have all been very helpful, quick to respond to emails, feedback etc obviously a long time due to court hearings etc

"Early delays, but a successful conclusion"
Our case took a fair amount of time to be resolved, with multiple changes of case handlers. Communication was somewhat slow early on and it was difficult to know what the next steps would be. However, the case was latterly taken on by Tom Ponsonby who was very courteous and informative. Tom did a great job of getting case over the line under the difficult circumstances of the pandemic, so many thanks to him.

We had an overall positive experience with Pure Legal. The process was lengthy with multiple change of case handlers, and their communication could be improved, for example a simple monthly text updating clients as to what they are waiting for would be helpful. However, finally we were allocated to Tom Ponsonby. Tom was courteous, prompt and efficient and saw the case through to the end. We felt confident in Tom’s hands and he was knowledgeable, offering advice and support when needed. Thanks Tom !

This firm should not be able to trade on people’s misery don’t be fooled by fake reviews ask them to show you their success rate at a early stage they will tell you they have all the top people within the firm to make sure they have got every angled cover but in truth they are not interested in you one little bit because once you have signed the form for a insurance company which is linked to close brothers they will slowly take the money out of the account which amounts to tens of thousands of pounds with no communication with you they wait until you are at a point of explosion and come up with some excuse the case it’s gone past it’s expiry date or ask you for information that you have told them from the start you had no paperwork then when you tell them you have read reviews and you have had first experience of their shoddy work they then tell you if you are not happy with the outcome you can go else where or help them make up lies if you tell them to sling their hook this part would be very comical if it wasn’t so serious you then become liable for their fees and if you don’t pay they will issue you with county court proceedings how this firm is allowed to get away with this is unbelievable some one needs to revoke their license before they do serious harm to someone

I unfortunately had a GDPR issue which I needed advice on, and contacted Pure Legal to assist in this matter. They were super efficient, gave me lots of advice and when it was established that further legal representation was needed, they were able to offer everything i needed. I dealt with many different departments within the company from statement writing to paperwork completion and they were great all the way through. I would highly recommend them as they offer empathy and advice without all the legal jargon and represented me with success.

BELOW THE RESPONSE STATES THAT THEIR TEAM HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH ME - EZRA HAS BUT NO INDEPENDENT FROM PURE HAS.... AND NO REAL PROGRESS MADE....
Through all of these reviews, after my experience I am not surprised that not one person has stated they have had a successful claim.
I agree, at the outset they appear to be AMAZING...... they communicate and it looks like your in safe hands..... THEN you get the statement that says basically ALL of the money for legal fees has been spent....
NEXT STAGE..... you call, you email..... you hear NOTHING!!!
when you push they come back with, another form needs to go out.... it’s gone to a Barrister...
FINALLY.... you get an email to say they can no longer pursue due to the statute of limitation, we are out of time.
Good luck to all those that have posted how confident they feel in the early stages, if you still have a 14 day cooling off period which you will have from signing paperwork... PULL OUT NOW!!! Other than that please come back and review this time next year.
