"I thought I was in business with Alamo"

I thought I was in business with Alamo, when I returned the car after renting it for more than 3 months, they fount very small scratches and charged my card for 1.500 dkr
This is not the attitude I've experienced with Alamo.
I can't recommend with Enterprise, very bad experience.

I'm very very very angry with this reaction from Enterprise which claims to be Alamo.

Enterprise Billund have once again delivered great service. I have nothing but praise for their service. I have just finished a 2 month rental that went smoothly.
I have now used Enterprise Billund for my rentals over the past 3 years. Very happy.

I booked a Ford Focus Station - they gave me a brand new (like 1000 km in) BMW series 5. 🤩
Returning the vehicle was easy and the personnel very kind.

Super service fra Enterprise. Hurtig levering af bilen vi skulle bruge til en rigtig fin pris sammenlignet med lignende firmaer. Derudover har jeg oplevet en stor fleksibilitet fra dem ifm. tilbagelevering af bilen.

"No cue to the desk"

No cue to the desk, a brand new car of the chosen category, a very long walk through the wet and windy garages of the rental car companies (but no fault of Enterprise) and then quickly on our way. Our need to extend our stay with one day was immediately arranged at a reasonable extra cost. No manning on the return, but we put the key in the box and the invoice came by mail later the same day and contained no surprises.
