More than 2 weeks have passed and my parcel still has not been delivered? I keep contacting Interparcel and they keep giving me excuses! STAY AWAY FROM INTERPARCEL THEY ARE TERRIBLE and once your parcel is picked up they do not care about you or if your parcel gets to the receiver! They just want their up front fees!

although a wrong address on the con note was our fault , the team at interparcel went above and beyond to help get it sorted especially Nina who kept me informed along the way . Unlike TNT -Fedex who was the final courier, they were very unhelpful ,it was like they made it their mission to make things more difficult.
