I just would like to ask interparcel to mention on the face of the quote options listing clearly “business to business” , “residential to residential” etc. because currently it is not clear and cause a waste of time to both the customer and your business

My customer service experience with Interparcel was 4 stars.
However I was not informed that the 3kg box would require Customs clearance in Spain, and numerous documents were required for clearance. After sending the box, I left travelling overseas and getting the required documentation proved extremely difficult and delayed clearance by 10days and was extremely stressful.
If I'd know beforehand the whole process would have been easy and less stressful. I believe it was Interparcels responsibility to advise the requirements in advance
