Pickup took 1.5 weeks and 3-4 follow up calls to organize. They even arrived one time saw package took a photo of it and didn't take it.

"Extra hidden charges-watch out!"
One star is for quick communication and 1 star for the nice courier who picked up my parcel. However, the hidden extra charges are ridiculous! The fact that you put in a time frame of 10:00-12:00 and then they tell you the time frame will be all day, 9-5 and the courier can’t be contacted and I had to be home to sign was also ridiculous and wrong. The courier told me that if I put 10-12, then they have to pick up by 12. Also, I did NOT need to sign! Then they tried to deliver my parcels, again no time frame and the message came just before arrival, so none was home. It’s now been a week of back and forth and extra, extra charges and still no confirmation of delivery date but threats of disposal of my belongings. After paying everything extra they’re still asking how I will pay for extra duty and taxes?!? Just deliver my belongings please! I won’t be using interparcel ever again.

"A few issues from good to excellent"
I am a returning customer. I like the ease in which I can make a booking from anywhere to anywhere. The rates you charge are reasonable. Your free tracking is another plus for me. In my most recent dealing I booked a small parcel from USA to Melbourne. I had to call you twice as the parcel wasn't pickup(10Days). I was asked by you to ask the US supplier to call Fedex USA to arrange pickup. I feel this was wrong as i am in effect asking them to organize delivery when they are not being paid to do so. I would suggest that you should monitor, from your side, that booked deliveries are pick up and delivered in a timely manner. I was pleased with the ease I could call your Australian office and that you actively worked towards resolving the delivery issues. In closing I will be using Interparcel Australia for future deliveries. Please fix these issues to turn your good service into an excellent service.

"Interparcel using Startrack for my first parcel for my new business."
I ordered a pickup service with Interparcel using Startrack for shipping out of Bundaberg, state and nation wide for my new business and my very first parcel booked with StarTrack is still waiting to be picked up 5 days later. Booked on the 22nd for pickup on the 23rd and its still here on the 27th despite me spending multiple hours chasing Interparcel and Startrack and making sure someone is home all day from 8-5 with a total no show, no call, no text, no nothing. I have no clue what's going on and who the problem is with but its a very bad start for me with multiple parcels needing transport in the future. To top it off Interparcle kept quoting their "no guarantee policy" to me telling me I would have agreed to this when I agreed to use them. That one blew me away as I wasn't asking about a refund or any such thing except a solution. Out of the blue I get quoted policy that tells me I wont get my money back? I have a copy of the whole transcript online chat that their managers need to read and sort through and look to improve on. Too may apology emails and notifications that my case has been escalated and rebooked for next day pick up only for nothing to happen again and again. Apologies are nice but not what I need. I need to know who will give me a reliable service for my new business as 5 parcels now wait in line before I dare enter them into the system.

"this is the worst experience ever "
I have been waiting for 3 Days from 9-5pm and the driver did not pick up the parcels despite I called many times to follow up. This is the worst experience I have ever had, they said this is a standard service and do not guarantee that the driver will arrive. I had never been this frustrated before. The process and system are extremely poor and could not understand how they can waste customer's time in that way!
