My review is a bit different as I'm a travel agent myself and use On The Go as one of our Tour suppliers. I just wanted to say thank you so much to Michelle van Tonder in the reservation team, as well as the ground handlers in Cambodia! I had a client delayed on his way to Cambodia due to unforeseen circumstance, and On the Go went above and beyond to assist the client in every way possible. Absolute phenomenal service!! Thank you again so much.

The tour was not a tour just a mess guide was rude and non considerate accommodation was well below standard for the cost we all expected a lot more this was Lisbon to Madrid worst way to see it avoid this at all cost . And the 6 of us that travelled it were all of the same opinion driver was excellent but he even came under the wraith of the tour guide no customer service or duty of care Hope they have a refund system on hand

"Our tour guide Hung was professional"

Our tour guide Hung was professional, informative, funny and interactive. He went above and beyond being helpful.
Our fellow travellers were all like minded and a great bunch. It was a fabulous experience.

"They are not a tour company"

They are not a tour company. They are a hop on hop off bus. They farm all there tours out to the lowest bidder.
I left their tour early as I could not stand it any more.
They say there are 36 max people when there were more than 50. The bus has a bathroom but it is lock and not usable. The hotels were not 4 star. They were in less desirable areas to save money. There were no headsets, so you couldn't hear anything. There were 4 languages in our group and no one was happy about the chaos. When we reached out to them they kept saying they were looking into it. Nothing was ever done or addressed. Basically too bad. We got your money now don't call us. We had luggage in the middle of the isles and if there was an accident we would not have been able to get out.
Don't use them. You will be sorry, and nothing is their fault.

GO WITH A COMPANY THAT HANDLES THIER OWN TOURS SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU GET. Also, no o e else to blame.

"Fantastic Trip (India - Golden Triangle + Ranthambore NP & Shimla extension)"

They were very helpful to deal with when booking the trip, helped arrange some extras for us. We did a tour in India, the local tour guide was fantastic, lots of knowledge and looked after us, I don't actually think we would have been able to do this alone. All the accommodation was great, restaurants they took us to were excellent. All up, a wonderful experience & definitely recommend.
We had 1 minor issue with the second tour we added on, the locals did not include what was on our itinerary and we then had to pay to add it on. That is the only reason I marked it down 1 star.

I rang on the go tours yesterday and was extremely impressed by Brendan. He was professional, knowledgeable, caring and personable! I would highly recommend to ring this company to book a trip, and especially to speak with Brendan!
