So far I have had to do everything myself on your website so it is very difficult to say how you have done as I don't even have a delivery date yet.
Also when paying for the carpet you give an option for 2 person delivery to second floor. Then the order confirmation says first floor. So I tried to look on your website but the delivery link didn't work. I contacted you and was told delivery info is on your website, I did explain that the link wasn't working. I have now been told it's ground floor only. So I have given one star as I can't give zero stars and all of the conflicting information.

Was abit peeved with the delivery company you use.
I paid extra for 2 man instead of kerb side to have the 2 rolls taken upstairs yet they dumped it in the hall way, trying to claim they couldn’t get it up the stairs.

£900 carpet arrived half of it not wrapped up foot marks on it contacted the seller there was no denial of the way the carpet turned up I couldn’t believe there response they suggested I use soapy water to clean it as it was on the underneath will not be using this company again or recommending them they refunded £75 without me even being able to decline it.
