Just awful...ordered, paid for then delivery charge added on after I'd paid. Delivery charges on site state £19.99, was charged £49.99. Got in touch right away to request a full refund, hoping to shop elsewhere, was answered by an AI who just told me delivery charges were so high because of weight etc. No acknowledgement of my request for a refund. I even write back, asking about a refund - no reply. I was sent an email asking for a review. One star. I then requested a refund again. Nothing. I now have a confirmation email of a dispatch of my order. Sincerely unhappy. Shocking service.

"Easy to order."

The carpet warehouse website is easy to use and gives thorough information on each carpet. I particularly liked the that the price of my carpet was worked out by just putting in the size of my room. There were no hidden charges and they were clear on delivery. The only gripe I have is with the carrier who was a day late and a bit lax in keeping me up to date
