The level of incompetence that this company dealt with my order is unreal, from when we placed the order(26/11/20240) up to the present day when we still do not have the vinyl that was ordered. We learned, a week after we placed the order that the product was no longer available, so we swapped for a different type of product, with a different color. The fitters were booked way after the order, on the 12th of December, working off the premise that there would be plenty of time to get the order- little did we know that this company has 0 consideration and respect for its customers. I have tried to get in touch and called customer services at least 50 times to no avail, every single time they are allegedly too busy or their voicemail is full. I was forced to cancel the fitters, without any opportunity to get them back this side of Christmas, and by deteriorating relationships with a company I have worked with for a long time.
At some point last week I managed to get in touch with someone, not from customer service, but from the sales department who had verified the stage of the order, based on the order number( CW124139) and promised that the order will arrive this Wednesday- to our shock, we also learned that the order wasn't even dispatched to that point. Needless to say, the order hasn't arrived on the promised date, today is Thursday, and no sign of them, and no confirmation, absolutely no interest whatsoever on their part.
Everyone, stay away from this company or you will regret dealing with these incompetents.

I have given Carpet Warehouse a 1 star rating as Zero star isn't an option.
Without doubt the worst online company I have ever dealt with. Ordered items on the 2nd of December 2024 and despite the status update saying "Dispatched" the items arrived on the 16th December (4 days after what was originally agreed).
Despite emailing the "Carpet Warehouse" expressing the urgency of these items to complete a job, they failed to provide an alternative delivery method. I offered to arrange for my own courier, collect myself or even pay extra for them to provide a quicker service. They declined all options.
All email correspondences to enquiries appear to be generated by AI bots as there is never any compassion, nor do they actually answer your questions directly.
I have not used the flooring that i ordered, as the products didn't turn up in time for me to complete the job i was contracted to.

DO NOT USE is my recommendation. Incompetent company at its finest.

Not veryhappy with the roll of carpet I had for my bedroom, it wasn’t rolled very well and the first 30cmwere wet. The carpet it’s self is very nice and delivery was good.

I wanted over 3 weeks to receive my order, after multiple mishaps and poor communication. My order arrived and it was a completely different carpet to the one that I had ordered! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

"Misleading Christmas delivery "

Placed an order 30/11 for delivery 11/12 the latest. I contacted as my order was marked as dispatched however didn’t receive tracking info - on the last day it was supposed to arrive I received an email it was delayed by 2 days (13/12) - I wait and told I will receive beginning or mid next week.

I contacted customer service a few times and hit with the same scripted responses that don’t answer my email, I asked if order has been dispatched and was told thanks for clarifying.

Just received an email my order will not be here til mid January, if I had been informed of this from beginning I would have cancelled order.

Went with this site as it is advertised as having good reviews however this is also false with trust pilot rating not reflecting correctly.
