I ordered a linoleum, on website shows stock available, after 4 days send me email notification to let me know is out of stock, and can delivery mai order after 2-3 weeks order was before Christmas, I booked slot for my customer and customer arranged to be free room for me, and need wait for delivery different company again I was very disappointed.

I still haven’t had delivery of my new floor, but in the meantime I keep getting promotional emails about “Free delivery before Xmas”, and “buy now don’t miss out”. I tried calling, it goes to voicemail, I got one email reply a week ago saying the order was “lost.” Now nothing. I am a bit disappointed and frustrated to be honest.

Had to buy lino somewhere else as they don’t let you know that your delivery will be 2 weeks plus and there were zero response on support queries. If you have a deadline, avoid. Otherwise good price

Best price for a carpet I could find, for the price I'm very pleased with the carpet quality, delivery was straight forward but some delay probably due to the time of year. I will buy from carpet warehouse again.

I was given a 2 day window via email. (Who has 2 days to sit at home waiting for a delivery) I made contact the day before via email - (no telephone contact) asking which day it would be delivered, to be told that they outsource, asked for their contact details, nope, had to google that myself.
When I called palletonline they said that all updates are given to carpet warehouse who should pass on to customer, but they don’t! Good customer service from palletonline. Over a grands worth of flooring being delivered kerbside with no- one home!
I have complained via email to carpet warehouse, they have acknowledged it but no apology, no learning, shocker.
I only hope that the flooring is ok, probably ignore that complaint too. Keep me in your prayers peeps.
