"I ordered a product from this company"

I ordered a product from this company, and a week after placing the order, they emailed me to inform me that the item was out of stock and asked me to choose something else. I selected an alternative product, but after another three weeks, I had still received nothing.

It was incredibly difficult to get in touch with their customer service to resolve the issue. We had scheduled contractors to come on a specific date, assuming the product would have arrived by then, but it didn’t. This completely disrupted our home project.

What’s worse, they didn’t apologize or expedite the refund process. Their customer support is extremely poor, disorganized, and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointing experience!

"Poor"

We were given a promise for the delivery to come before Christmas which was why we made the order in the first place only to call a number that wouldn’t connect then receive an email from customer services assuring us that the delivery would be made on time. Then finally received contact by an external company trying to deliver the product on the 3rd January! - we had to make alternative arrangements costing us more money! - refund!

"Very unprofessional "

Wow, I ordered some vinyl at 3 x 2 meters.
It came back has 3 x 1.9 meter.
There answer was we can allow 1 % shortage.
Why can't u cut it has I asked for 3 x2 meters.
Any professional tradesmen can.

"Shameful experience! Disappointing all the way! "

I ordered on the 1 of December, didn’t get delivered before the 17 of December.
The company that delivered for the Carpet Warehouse is SGK distribution, who is also the worst you can get.
On the 17 December, they came and dropped in the entrance building 3 out of 4 carpets they supposed to delivered and vanished. I had to dealt with 50kg of carpets on my own.
After I spoke to a gentleman over the phone a the Carpet Warehouse, he managed to find the missing roll.
So it was then rebook to be 20 of December… i booked the carpet fitter one more time… but no one came, no one called nor emailed. So I had to canceled not without paying the carpet fitter man.
It was then rebooked for the 24 of December. So I booked the carpet fitter man. It did came, but when I opened it, it was grey instead of cream and it was 1 meter short… i couldn’t cancel the carpet fitter man again so I had to make it work with the wrong color… so much stress, so much wasted of my money and my energy! To have not even close from what I ordered.
Chris from the sales team to whom I spoked in two occasions was very professional. I had to speak to him because no one pick up the phone on the “ orders department and the answer machine is so full that it tells you straight and hangs up on you!
It has been almost 11 days since my complaint and yet, no one bothered to contacted me!

"Terrible cancellation policy "

Order delivery date was very late had therefor to cancel I was still required to pay 100% delivery £19.99 plus 50% of the cost of the vinyl which I never received! Had to ring multiple times not impressed with cancellation policy!

"Carpet warehouse are ok"

Carpet warehouse are ok, the courier company that the used were absolutely shocking, some of the order never arrived at all and the delay in the rest of the order messed with our installation team, very disappointing.

Worse service ever, asking me to review without supplying my item and refusing to refund unless I get charged 50% for items I never received and still hasn’t received, shame can’t rate below one star otherwise I would
