"Don't bother been waiting 15 days for…"

Don't bother been waiting 15 days for delivery recieved an email on the 14th to say it had been dispatched another today to inform me it's not in stock

My order item is not what I expected, I ordered the Athena Cushioned Vinyl Flooring, Dark Oak. I took a liking because it was brown with a hint of grey, but instead, I was provided a full on grey.
Added to that, I had to sent multiple e-mails to request for the delivery date and updates of this item, before having to receive it. In the end, it was just disappointing.
To new customer, don’t buy from this company. My experience with them is just downright bad. (It would be helpful if this site allows images to be shared) 😒

"This company is a scam "

The company did not even attempt to deliver the product, claiming no one answered their phone call prior to delivery, although the delivery slot had been confirmed online using their portal as requested. They then wanted an extra £20 for re-delivery, which I refused since they did not attempt to deliver (and they had admitted to this) and therefore, I was not at fault for the delivery failure. When I requested a refund instead, they said they could only give me a 50% refund. The company is a scam. Their delivery system is extremely flawed. There is no phone number to call and Keighan, who I communicated with via email, takes days to respond.

This company sent me the wrong colour flooring and refused to give me a refund or change it for the right colour even though it was all still in the wrapper. I ordered the light beige But they sent me dark grey, which was way too dark. It had black lines in it.

The whole service was bad . Lack of communication when the order was delayed. I was offered compensation which frankly was a joke. I paid to have it taken upstairs they said they couldn't. Awful service
