Shocking customer services please avoid. Delivered later than advised, had to chase multiple times to get any correspondence. When delivery arrived then a roll of underlay was missing, now asked to cancel the underlay as bought elsewhere and required my delivery returned as they breached their contract. They tried to blame on SGK but I reminded them that my contract was with them and not SGK.

I have not yet received my item. I sent an email inquiring about my sample, but have not received a response. If I am experiencing these issues with a mere sample, I can only imagine the potential problems with larger orders.
