Excellent service! I needed a fairly cheap carpet delivered quickly. Samples arrived within a couple of days and it was a very easy non fuss process to order the carpet. I was kept well informed from start to when the carpet arrived. The delivery guys were very polite and helpful. I was very impressed with the quality of the carpet and it looks great now it’s been fitted and much better than I was expecting. Also I had missed an email with an extra discount and the customer service rep gave me a refund for this which I think shows they are a professional honest reliable business. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

"Shocking service, communication and responsibility "
Ordered a carpet which advertised a 2-9 day delivery. Didn’t hear anything for over a week only to be sent a delivery date range of 11-15 days. This was after me chasing! Tried to cancel the order (mostly due to their lack of care and customer service) but was told their T&Cs state they are not responsible for their 3rd party delivery company (SGK Distribution). They completely avoided answering any of my questions about cancelling my order. I’m on day 16 and have only just been told I will hear about a delivery date in another 48hrs.
The main issue I have is that carpet warehouse don’t accept any responsibility once you’ve placed your ordered, so in theory, SGK could deliver some time next year and I wouldn’t have a leg to stand on! Absolutely shocking customer service, communication and have processes that don’t work! Pay a little more money and don’t use this company.

Terrible customer service and terrible company. Order placed and no delivery information for several days. Called to chase and they said it couldn’t be delivered for 2 weeks after order placed. Requested refund and even though item not even dispatched refund refused.

It took a couple of days to inform me that the item i ordered was out of stock.
I have also requested on my order to get a fitting quote for the flooring- have heard nothing back.
The delivery date has been emailed more than a week after my order, for 13 to 18 of Dec. I am working full time. What plans can I make to meet this delivery? Stay home all week?

"Sends the complete wrong product, don't waste your time with them"
They sent the complete wrong product and unfortunately we didn't know until we had opened and cut it. It's not hard to check what product is leaving your warehouse, now we are stuck with an awful pairing of floor to wall I never would have chosen in a million years. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company, it takes far too long for them to deliver for you to faff with sending it back when it's wrong!

ordered carpets and paid extra for the room to room delivery -- delivery driver(s) couldn't be bothered to try get them upstairs - left them on the stairs -- the carpets looked like they had been dragged along a mud path --- filthy ends - tried to get refund and wanted to charge me extra for picking them up and a 'cutting fee ' !!!

Would like yo know when to expect delivery, as not received any information that's what needs to be sorted out by yourselfs.
