"The single worst consumer experience of my life!"

Carpet took over 3 weeks to be delivered when it initially said 6-10 days. Completely arrogant and atrocious replies from the customer service team. No desire to fix the issue or find out what the delay was down to. I will never use Carpet Warehouse again, and would advise anyone to steer clear of them. Absolute jokers.
