"Just a complete let down"

Just a complete let down, poor communication, no accountability of mistakes. Items should have arrived on the 25th September, that failed due to courier incompetence then rescheduled for the 1st October again failed to deliver then REBOOKED AGAIN for the 3rd and AGAIN failed. No compensation just “oh sorry the courier isn’t owned by us” getting shouted at over the phone by the courier. Appalling

Carpet warehouse have been amazing. The delivery company has been the complete opposite, however Becky at the carpet warehouse has dealt with my issues and continually been in contact with me, to keep me updated with my order.

Good website but when trying to use the gizmo for using a picture of my kitchen and putting on different images of flooring virtual wouldn't load my choices! So that was a bit disappointing as I thought it was a great idea.
