Delivery times are ridiculous for what you pay.
So i cancelled my order because i needed it sooner than 19 days later.. despite cancelling it 2 days after i ordered it i incurred a 25 percent fee! 25 percent because it had “already been cut” which i highly doubt given it wasnt due to be delivered for such a long time

Even the samples sent were a good size to use to judge how soft the carpet would is, as well as thickness when measuring if there would be room under the door. Am impressed with their service and only wish they would offer a fitting service like Tapi carpet does. That would have made it easy to order from them.
