Didn’t cancel a delivery on a confirmed cancelled order - left me £30 out of pocket due to their mistake. So far, no mention of reimbursement or gesture of goodwill
Now they’ve somehow ordered 3x free carpet samples to my address without me actually ordering them.

"Wrong colour received."
Item ordered was received in a timely manner. Unfortunately the wrong colour was sent. Didn't want to waste any time and installed it anyway. Sent an email to their customer service and they responded with a somewhat insincere apology and directed to their terms and conditions saying there is nothing they can do once cut and installed. A small gesture of goodwill would have been nice, a voucher, money off next order, anything would've been better than fobbing me off with the T&Cs. Wasnt going to leave a negative review originally but the customer service response just rubbed me the wrong way. Can't recommend.
