I had a difficult time with uploading the softare. I had to contact the support staff several times and was given the same answer, until I made my last plea with the caveat I will cancel the order and ask for my money back, then I got the direct link for download. All my attempts with the "direct download" would yield to PCloud download which I did in part and then stopped and made my last email for help, at which time I received the link I needed to upload the software.

Great tool, even better price. Opens and creates MS compatible files. No recurring fees to use the software.

My main concern is that there isn’t a cross platform focus. Works great on my MacBook, but there isn’t a version supporting iPad or IOS. I am not always working on my Laptop.

I placed my order and received an invoice with the order number, that's all. There were no download instructions, no instructions at all. There is no means to download this to my computer - someone better figure this out quick and fix it for all potential customers or this company will fail before it really gets started.

Was easy to transfer items over to truly office ie. email especially. Minimal learning curve, mostly connections. Was able to get help from web site to figure it out.

I have not yet had a chance to use the product, installing it this weekend. The purchasing of it was very quick and easy. I did not realize there a delay after my order until I received my license code and download link in an email. About an hour after I bought it. I suspect they wanted to validate my credit card fist. Their email support was very helpful in letting me know AND providing the license and download link even before their system emailed this info to me. Will check back in when I get to use it.

After contact with your service, I was sent a link that was not a trial version.

Yous ad seem OK so I decided to buy a version.

Now, it is nothing like Microsoft and the basic you give is not worth the price as there is already free version equivalent and better.

Quite a few bug, and and the answer from you service was You can still used it it should work. It will take a few weeks before we lookat it.

The PDF,does not even print properly, the email tell me that my version is not installed, the excel like to basic for me, in Word, a lot are missing.

Not happy with the purchase, a total lsot of money and time to tried. I needed a good software for pdf and email. Problem with both. The rest are absolutely useless for me.
