I am a non tech type. That said, I am learning. This program is different than other spread sheets I have used. The layout is harder to find the icons I use most. Some functions act differently with totaling colums. The color selection is poor for fill colors. I have been using Libre Office, free version. Works fine but freezes on me. I hope the problems here are just me.

I'm using TrulyOffice to replace MS Word and MS Excel. So far, the two apps seem to function the same as the MS counterparts. The one exception is filtering by column values. In MS Excel, if there is a filter in place, then clicking on the column drop-down and then clicking "OK" will reapply the filter, removing any rows that don't match. With the Trulyoffice spreadsheet app, you have to make a change to the filter, click OK, then change it back and click OK in order for it to update.

The customer support is terrible. The email I received after purchasing had two large blue boxed that said "Click here to download." Clicking did nothing. I locate their Facebook page, which claims to be "open 24 hours" and asked how to download the files. I've never received a response. I email their support team and have never received a response. In reviewing their email again, I noticed another set of links for downloading near the bottom of the rather long email. Those worked.

I asked a simple question of "how to change and keep the default font" and was told I would be gotten back to. The incident occurred on the third, and I have heard nothing.

During my trial I also suggested that Truly Office work more like WPS Office and instead of having multiple programs, it becomes a suite. Again heard nothing back.

The support technician should have gotten back to me within three days. Really like Rumble, but am disappointed with the office suite so far.

Customer Service is - well it is something that has not existed since the 1960s, FANTASTIC. I work at all hours and needed help at 05:00 CST and was able to reach their 24/7 line within minutes. Another time I needed help and used the chat. Emre was quick to answer; highly knowledgeable; and willing to explain to me rather than send me somewhere else. At this point I have used their word and excel products that are easily to use (assuming you know the MS version). Great Product.

You do not have APA or other types of formatting as templates. It is not really user friendly when writing formal papers.
