1-Open Trulyoffice
2-Open new document (even if I'm not needing it)
3-Then open a Word document.
At least with MS Word all I had to do was click on it.

"Easy transition from Microsoft to TrulyOffice"
I selected TO after reviewing the features, price, and reviews. I was not disappointed. TO replicates the Microsoft environment very well for documents and slides (haven't tried sheets yet). Getting up to speed is very quick. I like some aspects of TO user interface better than Microsoft. No contract to sign. And no ads. One problem I encountered was with email back to support. I never received any reply to my mails and when I called the support line, the person said they never received the mails.

I had problems with the install. Trulyoffice connected me with a technician by phone, who I gave permission to access my computer. It took him time, but he got through the tangles of my system and got it installed and running as it should! I feel they truly went to extra way to ensure the customer was satisfied!
