I bought Truly office with Amazon. I've got activation key from them. Truly office doesn't provide the option to download the product unless you buy it again. Truly customer service doesn't respond. It sucks.

There are some short-cuts that I can use in Excel that I can't in Sheets. So convenience isn't quite the same. But I do appreciate the lifetime subscription at a low price and being unaffected by the whole Microsoft debacle. Thank you

It doesn't read docx files as well as I had hoped. There is no text-to-speech function, among other nuisances. I suppose if you do original text, it will work fine, but there is a notable learning curve involved.

hi. Had first , i was getting frustrated. Eric took the time and resolved the problem by going into the laptop to install the software himself. I think it was hard because it was an old laptop. He did a great job installing software in 2 laptops. Am all set.
