Had a problem getting it through Amazon. They kept telling me that they were holding it for authorization even after I paid. So I decided to call directly to "truly office", and it was a simple download. So far I haven't had a problem it is working well. Good job!

TrulyOffice gave me plenty of help with installation. I used it for a few days and was satisfied with the performance but had some questions. So I downloaded the instruction manual and found it very helpful. Now I'm excited about this affordable platform.

Easy to use. Was able to format and print return address labels I had been struggling with using another product. I discontinued my subscription with the "other product" which was twice the cost of Trulyoffice and had apps I never used.

The whole reason I bought Truly was so I could open and edit word docs that are saved locally on my google drive. It doesn't work and your rep couldn't make it work. The app is missing A LOT of functionality making it a pain to use. I should have saved my money and put it toward a MS Office download.

So far, so good! I had one little error that was my fault, but other than that, it works well converting my other software data. I am looking forward to using it more as time goes by.
