"Something not linked to the cloud …"

I was looking for a Word and Excel program that did not save to the cloud. The problem I have is at least one of my email's is a shared account and I didn't want to have that information available. With Truly I have a perfectly functioning editor and spreadsheet that are compatible with Word and Excel. So win-win as far as I'm concerned.

Buying the product was easy and it took less than 15 minutes to receive the download code. Have installed truly office on 2 computers. Contacted support to find out that Truly iCloud was web based not an app.
Am currently waiting for the email to access. Truly office word & sheets are a little different & will take time to get use to it. Overall very pleased.

My Excel workbook with tables and multiple pivot tables was slow to update and recalculate when I first opened it. After I saved it with the truly file extension and rebuilt the pivot tables it works great! The learning curve is pretty quick. I haven’t tried the word processing or presentation apps yet but so far I’m loving the software. Thanks for a great product at a very reasonable price!

I am truly loving this product. Only wish I had found it sooner and saved years of subscription. It opens all my word and excel documents without a hitch and they look great.

"I Cancelled the Order"

Unsure if this product is really what is said it was. When I placed the order I started getting emails wanting to verify if I placed the purchase and wanted me to answer questions. Instead of getting an email with the link to download the product I was going to have to wait 2 or 3 days before I received the product. It felt very suspicious and was not how you would typically receive a product that had to be downloaded. I was wanting to use the product immediately, not have to wait days to use it. I canceled the order. Not sure the product is legitimate.
