I thought your engineers did a great job the young lady that helped my son inlaw with our telephone connection was excellent and I thought you were a 5star plus service until I veiwed The Gladiator film last night the system kept buffering as it was unable to keep up to speed the picture froze twice and was not at all what I expected.I hope this issue can be resolved it is very disappointing.
