We were connected to the internet in 2 days having struggled with our previous provider and a subsequent big name for 8 weeks. We were offered a superb deal by Connect Fibre and received courteous and professional service from both Ace on the phone, and Chris Herd the installer (who missed his lunch to ensure we were connected quickly). They truly deserve the highest commendation

"Great install, new build"

Our broadband install was for a new domestic property and we were frantically trying to get the house habitable for Christmas, with lots of trades on site (kitchen fitters, electricians, plumbers). The team from Connect Fibre were great and worked with the busy environment to get us up-and-running efficiently and on time. Particular thanks to Falon Bray who delivered a great service.

Have had no problems at all with connect fibre. It just works which is all I want great speed will upgrade to 2 gig as soon as I can. Have been with them about a year.

Can honestly say these been the best ISP I have been with of all the years I have Been online, the customer care is 2nd to none and the most stable and very fast Internet and going to be even faster so if you run a business and can get this it will be well-suited fort, and for home use with a house hold with a lot of connections you will not notice any problems and great for online gaming and streaming and more.

The amount of time to install was longer than anticipated. But the gent installing was patient. Ensuring all my personal equipment was all connected to the wifi with a good signal. Even moving furniture to install sockets/boxes out of sight

What began as a disappointing situation with no connection after an overnight power cut was quickly resolved by Steph over the phone directing me through the process of re-powering the modem and the hub.
All up and running again and now armed with new knowledge on how to sort it myself in the future.

"Fantastic service "

Simple online booking.
Nick and Falon arrived on time and date requested.
Nick was really helpful in discussing where to place the boxes and run the cable and didn’t start until we were happy. He was very careful and tidy doing the job.
Falon was helpful sorting getting the cable from the pole to our house which was no mean feat as gigaclear had dug the road up outside which made access difficult - I’m sure a less helpful firm would have cancelled the install.
Job took a couple of hrs and we were left with 936mbps at the router.
Over the moon so far.
