This is a new broadband provider to my area, I joined them around 12 months ago i have a 1GB connection that has been consistent, their help line the same when setting everything up very helpful, with the connection being so good contact has been minimal, I'm contacted at times asking is everything ok something I'm not used too..

I took a chance with this company (as I'd never heard of them before) and I'm very pleasantly surprised with the quality of service. The internet connection is fast and very reliable and the customer service staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. So far it's been a first class service.

The lady on the phone was superb and very apologetic. BUT the fact remains that the engineer that came to survey everything before installation NEVER reported the fact that the pole to be used for our broadband was more than twice overloaded with lines. A very basic error. Hopefully it will be resolved SOON.

The order process, website function and information and the staff we've dealt with have been first class but I've rated CF as 4 because there has been some confusion regarding the fibre routing. It has however been resolved quite quickly but seemed to be down to miscommunication between office and field staff, although in fairness it's not uncommon in the industry. Overall we're happy with the service thus far and the deal.

Great service never had any problems with connection since joining. And super fast speeds wins it for me

The switch from virgin media went well with no hiccups. Doubled broadband speeds for half the price. WiFi router works well. TV services good but note you do need a Freeview antenna to receive the live services, and you can’t watch and record different channels at the same time. Streaming services work well.
