I had a great experience so far with the Internet. The setup was quick and friendly, any questions I had were answered. The Internet has been smooth and what we expected. They've contacted me to make sure I'm happy, which is exceptional customer service!
The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars, is the issue I was having with billing. Before payment came out I was told it was sorted, however the bill came to more than expected and I had to bring this issue up again for it to be sorted. However they always seem happy to help.

Connect Fibre Broadband was completed on the 11th November and Phone line and number on the 20th November . The process was carried out to timetable and is successfully delivering what was advertised . Calls to and from connect fibre were answered quickly and courteously .
The actual cable and equipment was installed very neatly and inconspicuously indeed by Luke ( I think). That was a major consideration as I detest seeing unsightly cabling adorning buildings .
From my own experience I would have no reservations in recommending Connect Fibre .
