I have been extremely impressed by the whole process of switching to connect fibre. The engineers/installation team did an excellent job in extreme weather of snow and ice - really impressed by their determination to get this installed - thanks Fal & Jordan for a top job 👍

"I was contacted by a representative…"

I was contacted by a representative from Connect ( Awais (Ace) ) very promptly after my initial enquiry. Ace was very polite and asked if it was convenient to talk and was not pushy in any way. He went through all the products available to me and looked for my best deal ( which was very good ) he also explained the referral process which I was going to use. He then sent all the information over on an email for me to look at and asked me drop him an email if I wanted to go ahead and if there were any further questions, again no pushy salesman approach. Once I had rad through it I contacted him and he arranged a convenient time to talk for ME . he ran through everything again to make sure I was happy and we booked an installation date. That date has just been and the installer arrived on time and very polite asking me where i wanted the router installing. All done in an hour or so. Everything working fine and a follow up call the next day to optimise my signal . Overall a very go company to deal with. Very happy

"18 months in"

I’m writing another review as it’s now been 18 months since we switched over to connect fibre. The best internet we have ever had.
We have had BT internet and Vodafone broadband in the past and always had issues with both of these where the internet would constantly drop out and we’d have to use our hotspot.
Connect fibre have been fantastic and the customer service is spot on. I recommend to everyone!
