My move from BT to Connect Fibre was handled really well. From the initial phone call to discuss options, to the pre installation survey and install, everything went smoothly. I was able to benefit from a referral bonus too by recommending a neighbour who has been similarly impressed with the service. Have only had the 150Mb service for a short time when the opportunity arose to upgrade to 500Mb for the same monthly fee. Locked in for 18 months with no mid contract increases... A refreshing approach to internet provision. Very pleased so far.

I spoke with Awais/Ace to go through the concerns I had before I signed up to the install, he was very knowledgable and made sure he looked into my concerns thoroughly before he came back with informed answers. I’m now looking forward to the install which I hope goes smoothly. My only disappointment so far is that the install date isn’t sooner!
